Before you proceed with the chat installation, we suggest you sign up for an account with us first. It’s absolutely free, and you’ll need access to certain details inside in order to complete the process.

Start by downloading the zip folder containing all the necessary files.
Next, open your FTP client.
Unzip the folder and open the readme.txt file.

Follow the instructions contained within closely to install the chat plugin.
